Brainworks Limited is planning a secondary listing on the ZSE by 2019, a move it said is aimed at consolidating its growth strategy.

The Mauritius-registered investments holding company made its initial listing on the main board of the JSE in 2017.

He said the primary aim of listing on the JSE was to offer investors an opportunity to invest in Zimbabwe without being caught up in foreign currency challenges.
